We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Used By God; if you are not, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must have original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the packing slip is included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
